August Dynamic Skating
Drop In Sessions

These drop in sessions will focus on our most popular program - Dynamic Skating. Geared to improve skating speed, edge strength, and athlete conditioning. Players will be handling/shooting pucks at top speed, creating dynamic game like situations.

These drop in sessions will focus on maintaining skating strength and conditioning, well also challenging players to handle/shoot the puck in game like situations at top speed. Battle drills will encourage competition, and body/stick position importance.
